In accordance with Act No. 634/1992 Coll., on Consumer Protection, we hereby inform our clients that the Financial Arbitrator - www.finarbitr.cz - is the authority for out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes in the field of investment services, life insurance, consumer credit, pension savings with state contribution, supplementary pension savings and building savings . For other financial products, in particular non-life insurance, the out-of-court dispute resolution body is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority - www.coi.cz.
