Insurance must be concluded:

• within 100 days from the effective date of the decision of the Regional Authority approving the security program or the safety report

• before putting a new building or technology into trial operation

The competent Regional Authority keeps a database of concluded insurance contracts and their changes, and also imposes fines up to CZK 700,000 in the event of a breach of the obligation to negotiate this insurance or to notify any change of insurance.
